LEADERSHIP TEAM

Technical director, Dave Perez, gained extensive piping and mechanical design experience over the dozens of project teams he has been involved with.  His roles included: designer, leader, checker, estimator, and fieldwork on large and small projects.  Dave has extensive knowledge of managing 3D CAD Plant Design systems, including initial setup and ongoing maintenance of the data and components.   His large network of proven design professionals has enabled Schot Technical Services to build highly effective design teams.
 

Owners, Dean Hotsinpiller and Dan Schaefer have significant experience designing, constructing, and operating production facilities.  They know how difficult it is to find trained and effective design professionals, yet it is critical to the success of construction projects.  This led to the formation of Schot Technical Services, with the intent of making a long-term impact for the clients they serve.  
 

Dave, Dean, and Dan are always available as technical or organizational resources to each team member.  They collaborate with clients and continually look for training opportunities for Schot’s team.  The goal is to maximize the impact of each person on each project.
